Current Projects
Missouri Bapatist Medical Center POB-A
The 22 year old original roof system is being replaced with a ballasted EPDM membrane. A new insulation system is being installed to augment drainage and increase r-value. Because of the increased r-value, the Owner is eligible for Energy Star Credit. Other project highlights include large areas of lightweight gypsum replacement and a new perimeter paver system which, will protect the new membrane from track equipment that is periodically staged on the roof system.
